Over a decade ago, Catrina, a former IT project manager, felt stuck and yearned for a faster-paced, more impactful career. She discovered Startup Institute, an accelerator focusing on startup dynamics, user experience design, and product management.
With a scholarship in hand, she took a leap of faith, quitting her job to attend the institute. Post-bootcamp, despite initial setbacks, Catrina hustled hard, investing thousands of dollars in conferences, resume help, interview prep, and resources on how to think and become a PM, much like many of you, to secure her first PM role and has went on to become a VP of Product.
